Then I stop. Sometimes it might look slightly less than perfect if I hadn’t used it in a while, but instead of brushing till it’s perfect, I’ll stop and come back to it shortly after. You gotta give your tongue a break or you’ll risk breaking the skin. 2. I got a medium, thinking I should get a large. I’m glad I didn’t go with my hunch on that one. It’s pretty chunky in your mouth. 3. I haven’t used the tongue paste since I first tried it. I just brush, then run the brush under water and brush some more. The paste is fine fine, but I’d rather just rinse in mouthwash after I’m done. ———————————————————- Before this one, I used a basic plastic kind that has a loop at the end that you drag across your tongue. That worked, but took much longer. The metal kind are a little better. Neither work as well as this one.
