I have non adjustable headrests in my 2019 Sonata. The headrests are also kind of stumpy so we weren’t left with many options. These work fine, they are a bit frustrating because you’re essentially trying to tie it as tight as you can to the headrest but they work and I can see my baby just fine. I wouldn’t say they are stable but easy to use and the mirror quality is great.
