I find the battery more fiddly to install than on my old mower, where the battery slid in and locked in position easily. My old mower had got very noisy and I notice how much quieter this one is. I do not think that if you bought the item in GB and took it to another location outside GB the warranty would be valid, anyway, the charger needs 230 Volts to function and some countries electrical supply differs in voltage supply and socket compatibility. Copes well with shortish grass and will cut my lawn (c150sqm) on a single charge (4Ah battery). Not so good on long grass and can struggle with the post-no-mow-May jungle even on the highest setting. This year could be more taxing as no-mow-May has been followed by jungle-June which will soon become Jurassic-July, wish me luck!
