A: Regular “Off”, to my knowledge, contains no powder.

**Q: Dose this work on flees?**
A: No, this product is not designed to repel fleas.

**Q: Does this work for spiders**
A: This is an insect repellant.  Most people don't buy insect repellant with spiders in mind---mostly mosquitoes, etc.  Read the description.

**Q: does it dry sticky? how strong is the scent after waiting to dry?**
A: This is a great question! This product does not dry sticky, and because this product is unscented, you shouldn't notice a fragrance once it has dried.
