In light print under wild game name. It will say WILD BOAR and pork in small print. In the description it will say has pork in it. I cant find an ingredient list at all but the front of the sausage package of each flavor if u enlarge it clearly says and pork on each flavor. **Q: Is there pork mixed with any of the summer sausage?** A: There will be some pork added to the mixture. The majority of the meat will be wild game. **Q: you don't need to cook these do you? and how long is the shelf life?** A: I honestly don't know the shelf life, but no. They do not need to be cooked.
