The Amazon driver was polite and courteous, not sure exactly where in the broom's transit the actual 'damage' could have been done, but it very evidently came into close contact with something larger and heavier. The hollow metal shaft has been dented in three small places, presumably whilst in the box, hopeully not enough to impede its purpose, and only affect its good looks. There was no packing in the large flat box to protect it at all, which is something that should be considered for future purposes. I didn't realize a broom could be such a talking point!The quality is incredible, very durable and has a brilliant adjustable handle length. Comes with a hook at the top of the handle that I just hang up in my wardrobe when I'm not using it - the adjustable size nature means it closes up really small.The brush is plastic, which works really well on carpet and my vinyl flooring.
