I got to use this product for a total of 15 minutes. For my first cook on the rotisserie I decided to do chicken wings. I got everything started, made sure the rotisserie was rotating and shut the lid. 15 minutes later I go back to see how things are progressing and I discover the rotisserie has quit rotating. The motor is running but the spit with the bask and wings was not turning. It was acting like the drive gears were not operating correctly or teeth were broken off the gears.That isn’t my worst issue. The issue is with Masterbuilt themselves. Their customer support is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a company. You can not talk to anyone. Everything is through email or instant messages on the website. If your conversation ends for whatever reason then you have to start all over again. Example… I was in a conversation with customer service for 2 hours (counting hold time for next available representative) and suddenly the conversation ended and I had to start over again because as I was told a new conversation is a new case.Masterbuilt has failed me and turned me against their products. I am thankful that Amazon was able to make things right and sent me a replacement. However I will never by a Masterbuilt product again.
