Closest thing I found is to put your bread on the top shelf in the back. More turns it into a big crouton and dries it out. **Q: How do you use the basket is there some trick to get it to rotate? Mine came with no instructions. Can you possibly mail me some?** A: The basket has two ends on it, labeled L and R. Both ends fit in the notch on the left. Make sure it is set in there well or it will not rotate. There is also a button on it that you need to press to rotate as well, it is not automatic. I've mad quite a few meals, from nuggets to salmon, using it and haven't had any issues that weren't caused by my lack of knowledge. I also haven't experienced the strange taste that other air fryers seem to impart on the food cooked in them. I do not really use the presets though, just the temperature and timer settings.
