It definitely does what it says. The only thing if patience is not your strong suit, you will not enjoy this item. It takes quite a while to cut thick materials but it's OK, I did my research and knew before hand so no surprise. I love my cricut because it is small, stylish and allows me to do all sorts of crafts.
