Love that they magnetic piece can rotate 360°. Works great! Really not sure what everyone is complaining about it is super easy to install. Just unscrew the side that goes in the vent, then slowly screw it back in, until it is stable and has no wobble. Then unscrew the side with the ball that rotates, set it to how you want your phone to look, then tighten it. Easy!
