Ultra high quality for a very low price point. Exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this holster. **Q: will this fit someone with a 42 inch waist?** A: The holster will fit any waist size. It the belt you wear the holster on that you need to be concerned about. **Q: will this fit a ruger blackhawk 5.5 inch?** A: I would bet it does. It’s open on the bottom where the barrel goes and had a wide opening. However, the hammer strap might not be long enough.
