Recently it became a nearly nightly misery. I’ve been taking these for about a month now. By day three, I noticed a drastic improvement. And a month later I’ve only had one episode and I would consider it mild. If 1 is no night sweats and 5 is waking up soaked through, I’d rate that episode a 2.
