**Q: Does it have the rubber seal that rests against the windshield?**
A: Yes it does!

**Q: Does this cowl set come with the replacement plastic plugs to Secure it to the vehicle???**
A: I purchased two years ago, but at that time it did come with the correct number and size of tabs.  I was able to replace all the old ones.  After two years still functioning well.

**Q: Will this fit a 2010 F150 Harley Davidson edition?**
A: Fitment
2009-2014 Ford F150.
If you don't believe the fitment go to ford and use your VIN to look up the part number (Direct Replacement for BL3Z-15022A69-A & BL3Z-15022A68-A.) If it is one of those part numbers then you are golden - but normally if there were exceptions it would be noted.

**Q: Does this come with the plastic plugs to secure it**
A: Yes it did.  They were identical to the factory plugs.

Great replacement for my 2013 F150 King Ranch. Had a small issue with one of the elbows that's used on the fluid hose. Company responded very quickly and took care of the situation. Only recommendation is use black electrical tape around the hose to make it fit snug in the various holding points on the part. Once you do this it fits snug and will make sure it stays in place during installation.
