It says naturally and artificially flavored. This is the peppermint. I think they use peppermint oil, but have no idea what the artificial flavor(s) might be. I've switched to the Equate Wintergreen as peppermint oil is not recommended for GERD. **Q: Where are they made?** A: If you click on the bottle and look at the back of the bottle - it says distributed by Rugby Labs but it does not say where it is manufactured/made.
