DOES not feel greasy on the lips!! looks like lipgloss!! smells very good too not too strong quality i think it really does its job and moisturizes. It hasn’t broken me out but i don’t use it anywhere else besides my lips. i tend to breakout using greasy products on my face so i probably won’t do so unless i have a dry patch. i think this would work well for it! It is similar to Vaseline in texture, but not exactly, so it does not sit on top of your lips as do some waxy lip balms, but soaks in and moisturizes.
