And the more you use it, the better you get at using it quicker and more effectively. I can see the food debris falling into the sink (I know, gross!) but that means the water flosser is working. When I use regular floss you can get small stuff on the line but using this water flosser...well, you'll see the difference! Again, this review is based on a person who has never used one of these before. Not sure if it's the best brand/model...but it definitely does a better job than regular floss. It works great for flossing and for helping me keep my gums healthy. It has more tips than you will ever need and applies plenty of pressure, which is adjusted with the knob. The tank is easy to remove for filling, and I have never had a problem with it leaking after tank replacement.
