I've used it for about six months and it sheds very little and does a great job holding the shaving foam. And this is probably a fraction of a price from some of the other brushes that I've seen. I own a couple of other brushes that shed like a Cocker Spaniel in heat, and I just know they help clog up my sink drain. But that isn't the case with this brush. Other badger hair brushes that I've had have a really bad smell for months, but this one didn't stink when wet. Soft and easy to clean.
