The product description claims that these do. In fact, they do not. If anything, they amplify the available light, while slightly muting the blue spectrum. This is okay if you want to wear these on a cloudy day to brighten the mood. Rose colored glasses have their advantages, but these fail the blue light test (not being able to see the blinking led light on a portable device while wearing). I've owned 5-6 pairs of orange tinted glasses. These are by far the weakest of the lot on controling blue light and are comparatively expensive.
