Great product. - Do a parts inventory first thing but be aware that many of the parts are already installed on the unit. Useful to look at the diagrams to determine which parts are installed where per the inventory sheet. Have a good plan on how you intend to mount it to a wall and the height at which you desire to install it. I chose to mount 2x8s to a cinder block wall and then mount the speed bag platform to the boards. No kidding on the "2 man lift" when mounting! Once installed, the platform is rock solid!! I had my own speed bag and installed it on the provided swivel which is not a "quick change" type of swivel (if you have multiple speed bags you want to use, you may want to consider another swivel type). The design of the adjustable height is fantastic but you need to know the average height of speed bag users when installing it assuming all users are within 14" in height of each other (the adjustable height is plus or minus 7" from that average height). Review: Highly recommended - This unit is heavy. You'll need a hand installing it. Follow their advice on how to mount it. Mine rattles slightly but I think it's because I need two more bolts to secure it to the wood that I mounted horizontally on the wall. I plan on adding that to see if it fixes the rattle. It's not too bad though. I love the unit! It's really easy to adjust. It allows my son, or someone shorter, to adjust it to their height. It's solid. I did buy a different bag. I never tried the one it came with but it looks pretty cheap. I already had a new bag I bought earlier from desertcart so I just used that one. It did come with an end cap that was broken during delivery. I read in the manual it said to call them, NOT where you bought it from, so I did that. Their customer service was awesome. A+++ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality with a few exceptions. *by M***E on May 29, 2016* Let me just say that this is a very heavy duty platform that works extremely well once it is all put together. I am using it in a gym and everyone loves it. The crank adjusts very easy and the extra thick platform is very stable. So why not 5 stars? First this was way harder to put together than expected. Partly because how heavy duty it is and that is understandable. But mainly because how terrible the included instructions are. Also the decals on the parts did not match what was on the pictures. I had to take most of it a part at one point and re-build it. Also the included speed bag is very cheap. If you are spending this much on a platform expect to have a good laugh at the bag. I also did not like the included swivel. But it is serviceable. Just better options out there.
