## Questions & Answers

**Q: I’m 5’0 and weigh about 109 lbs. What size would you recommend for me?**
A: Hi, I'd go with small, possibly even an extra small depending on the size of your waist. You sound very petite. I'm 5'5', 175 & ordered a medium that fits great with lots of room to tighten.

**Q: Do you have to workout while wearing it?**
A: No, if your looking for help in posture or comfort around that area then wearing it is fine.

**Q: I am 5'5 i weight 152 what size would be best for me i do not know my waste size**
A: Hi I would say medium or large..it is really important to know waist size to ensure you get the correct size.

**Q: I’m 5’5 146 lbs what size would I be?**
A: I would go for a large. Best to go a size bigger

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars

    Fantastic product!!

I bought this to help get rid of belly pooch as an add on to exercise. I wear it when I go for a walk and around the house and it helps me activate my tummy muscles more. You really feel a difference when you take it off. The material is strong and quality, especially the velcro secondary fasteners which suck you in for extra snatch at the waist. Great purchase.

    Poor quality

Initially i thought this product was really good, i have used it twice whilst jogging for approx 40 minutes per use. It kept my back in a perfect upright position and stopped me from slouching, but i haven’t noticed any other benefits just yet since i only used it twice. However, after removing the band after my second jog today i noticed that the inside material is tearing. Im really disappointed about this due to how new the product is and lack of usage. So sadly i don't think it is a very durable or good quality piece of kit.Maybe buy a more expensive one.
