One person states they get a headache from eating Jack Links' but this taste very similar to it. Why? Because Jack Link's purchased World Kitchens few years back. Okay, I eat cheap beef jerky and expensive ones too. This and Jack's are what I call cheap beef jerkys. You get what you pay for, these are NOT made in USA rather "PACKAGED", probably bought beef from South America or New Zealand or some other country bring it bulk into USA and then "Packaged in USA". You don't know if it was fed hormones or antibiotics. It's probably not free ranged cows.Now, don't get me wrong, I still buy these to eat. It's no difference from buying hamburgers at a fast food joint, does anybody know where the beef actually comes from or what it was fed. But I do purchased 100% USA made jerkys with no hormones. They are way better but 2-3 times more expensive. So, I supplement with these cheaper ones but don't be fooled if you think you getting 100% raised cows from the good ole USA. I personally do not give too much of these brands to my kids. Think about how people worry about giving beef snacks coming from out of the country to dogs yet not aware of beef jerky fed to people. Just be weary of that these companies are out to make a big profit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My favorite brand. Fresh! *by T***T on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 12, 2016* This is my favorite brand of beef jerky (blows other brands like Jack Links, which is pretty good already, out of the water), but for some reason it is also the hardest for me to find around here. The only place I seem to be able to find it is at truck stops and other gas stations, so (as you probably would assume) this means it is way overpriced. When I saw it on Amazon for what is actually a very good deal (10 ounce bags from $11-$13 depending on the day) I was pretty excited. I ordered one bag of teriyaki (my favorite) and one bag of peppered. As I am writing this the sweet-n-hot flavor is not available, but I consider it to be equal to the teriyaki. It was already my favorite brand so the only thing left in question was whether it was going to be as fresh as I am used to. Fortunately, the jerky was just the right amount of moist, perfectly tender, and chewy. Every now and then you get a piece that is a little tougher than the others, but I actually don't mind because I just chew on it for a bit longer (enjoy it a bit longer), but for the most part you can count on very good texture. I plan on buying this on a regular basis. If you've never had World Kitchens jerky I would encourage you to give it a try and enjoy ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ That's some good jerky!! *by P***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 12, 2016* Yum, yum, yum, yum, YUMMY! I love beef jerky and it seems so hard to find jerky with the right texture and flavor, and I am telling you I found my brand! It was just dry and chewy enough for me with the right amount of teriyaki flavor. Now there were a couple pieces that I really got a jaw workout on and maybe that worked out my jaw for the times I was eating something I really had no business eating. When I ordered it I saw it was a 10oz bag, but I really had no idea what size I was ordering. When I got it and saw truly how big a bag that was, I was thinking I sure hope I did not just waste my money on this big olde bag and I am not going to like it. I am so glad I do enjoy it. With this size bag I was even able to hand it to my Dad while we were snacking and watching tv AND still have some left in the bag when I got it back! Now that's a good size bag!
