On my first flight, I made several successful laps, but then the throttle seemed to stick, and the plane kept moving higher and higher until it was gone no matter if I gave it no throttle. I contacted their customer support who was very responsive, and Lucy was great to work with. Normally they do not replace a plane lost in flight; but in my scenario they agreed to. I received a new one quickly, and tried it over the weekend with my family. It worked perfectly, I didn't lose it, and even my Dad wanted to try it. He did and loved it! Now he wants one, so I'm likely going to buy him one as well. It's made of styrofoam and felt sort of "cheap" at first, but with no prior RC plane experience, I see why this is necessary.
