For our purposes, we keep the bunny turned with its side to the door, so it looks out toward the rest of the house, and isn't sticking out more than a couple of inches so we don't accidentally kick it when going from one part of the bathroom into the other. Our door is one of those standard hollow, lightweight inside doors that are common on bathrooms. It hasn't budged since we put this adorable bunny there. I'm not sure if this bunny is solid cast iron (doesn't feel like it) or hollow, but it has decent weight to it for being so tiny.
