The cookie part is sweet and crumbly shortbread and the texture of the jam is almost like a gummy (but not quite.) I buy them 6 at a time. The only problem is getting them delivered intact. I think Amazon needs some schooling in "How to Ship Cookies." The price has usually been much cheaper than you can find in most stores, and there is usually a better deal if you use Subscribe and Save.
