(Less than an hour) I received all of the parts. The lid with the lift-up part was difficult to screw on and it leaked when I drank from it. The lid with the straw hole was very tight and almost impossible to get off. I have chalked this up as a total loss. I may use the cup for my pens and pencils. I purchased this because it was quite attractive in white and the two lids were a plus.
