Of course during delivery getting tossed around the fabric bag had a hole punched in it from internal parts. Paper bag on inside of vacuum was torn. Replacement bag was included. Assembled vacuum used to see if I would like to keep it worked well very well built. Excellent cord length. I have expensive Medium low shag carpet in my home. No Pets.! Excellent suction slightly difficult to push. Due to the fact, it is a commercial grade vacuum, very powerful this was expected. Very sturdy. Unfortunately, had to return because of shipping damage too outside bag, hole punched through fabric bag. Review: Do not buy this product! - I purchased two of these in October 2021 and been using one of the vacuums five minutes a day. Last week I noticed the power cutting in and out. The cord coming out of the handle shorted out and when I move it back and forth the vacuum would turn on! I took the handle apart and cut open the wire and one of the wires had only five strands of copper. Are You Kidding!! The cord looks very heavy duty however, the wire inside is way under gaged junk! I called Bissell talked to Amanda she said they would send me out a remanufactured vacuum basically a used vacuum! Or they would send me the cord to install it myself. The quality of the new cord is the same as what the vacuum has in it already. Stay Away From This Product!!!! And it is basically a crappy made Oreck.
