I went through the reviews and I’m a true medium in everything I wear. I decided to buy larger because I read they can be tighter and that’s completely true. The only thing I dislike is they’re a little long for me so I just bring them up a bit. I don’t want to wear short spandex to a gym or long biker shorts but they’re still comfy. A very high waist so it helps hide if you have issues, but they look nice and never fall. Squat proof 100%. I would buy another pair if I had the money lol. Just to help I’m a high 5’6 and low 5’7 in height and weigh about 160/155 some days. Like I said a true medium athlete with a stocky body, do it and get a pair!
