This book is easy to follow. The recipies have good instruction and easy to follow. Ingredients are easy to find. Meals, snacks and deserts. Very informative and does not not take up a lot of the book with a ton of information on gerd. Love this book. Hope there is another one coming soon.

Most of these recipes are easy to make. There is great educational info at the front, teaching you about reflux. The author also marks recipes for those on a gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, or Low FODMap diet.Still have many recipes to try, but I am in love with the Coconut-Ginger Shrimp and the Mini Meatloves (cue mouth watering!). The Moroccan Lamb Meatball recipe with the Tzatziki sauce is also delish. Going to keep trying recipes til I’ve been through them all!
