It is not a magic bullet. You have to use it for a prolonged period. I had an initial jump in weight of a couple pounds, then my weight slowly came back down. I am in my second month of use, and at the moment I am down about 4 pounds from my initial weight. A bottle of 60 capsules is a 15 day supply.
