I use the amp to run stereo keyboard more than anything, btw. I had always used some other decent-but-generic cables(from Livewire to Hosa). And those cables worked fine with any setup. I just wanted this stereo pair for convenience more than anything since they'll always be together and are identical lengths, but I didn't think there'd be an audible change in sound quality. I was pleasantly surprised. These cables are noticeably quieter than my other moderately-priced balanced 1/4" cables.
