The large side doesn’t fit a chubby pencil not Very large. However this is product is precise reallY good. **Q: Will is sharpen trish mcevoy essential pencils?** A: I wouldn’t waste your money on this sharpener. It is not worth the price. I thought it would be great given all of the good reviews and it being stainless steel. It chewed up my eye pencils. Would buy again! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally a sharpener that works on gel liners! *by S***. on October 29, 2025* I have been on a search for a cosmetic sharpener that will not destroy my gel and thicker eyeliner, pencils. I believe this may possibly be the winner! Although I have only had it for a couple of days I can honestly say that I am very very impressed. I sharpened about 20 gel liners that were varying degrees of thickness and material, and it worked on every liner. No breaking, no crumbling of the pencil and no jagged sharp edges.. I can’t comment on how long this will last, so this is my first impression and Im feeling quite positive so I wanted to do a review. The cost is good and there are 2 size options for sharpening different size.. I made the mistake and put my pencil in the larger hole (which was too big for my liner) and that did not work well but that was user error. It has a small chamber for collecting the shavings, so you have to empty it frequently or use it without the cover. Overall, I am extremely pleased.!
