Look toward the bottom of the page. You should see "Instruction Manuals." You can download the file and save it. (I just did in case I lost mine.)

A: Yes, the cook function is to bake. Temp is around 300 degrees with 30 mins as default, although you can adjust the time to more or less.

I bought this for my son because he loves making bread. This makes it so much easier. Just add your ingredients and it does everything for you. It also has recipes included. The bread comes out delicious. Very easy to clean. It makes up to a 2 pound loaf. It takes roughly 4 hours. It's not a bulky machine and fits perfectly on a counter top.

The manufacturer provides a book with easy to use recipes. The Pizza Dough is fabulous. This machine also has several cook books geared for the use of this specific machine. Big Plus I purchased an additional cook book on Amazon, for a reasonable price. The machine, 4 year warranty and cook book cost me under $100.00 tax included. You can't beat that. She is a WINNER!!!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this bread maker!

I absolutely love this bread maker. It is my first experience with making homemade bread. It is one of the easiest things I have ever done and I wish I would have started sooner! It is easy to use. The the ceramic pan is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Loaves do not stick to the pan. I recommend reading the directions carefully if you are new to bread making. I have had a couple of fails when trying alternative recipes like using Oat Flour, so I need to figure out what went wrong there, but all the other loaves have come out beautifully. I have successfully made Gluten Free, regular white and Low Carb Sugar Free which were all delicious and perfect. I will probably buy another one of these for my son and daughter in law for Christmas!
