The odd shaped things on the left of the picture are the cutting heads. When you place the little thingie on the right I go the drill and pull the trigger, if you are not holding the handle firmly (that is the red thing on the top of the tool) the cutter the cutters will not work to shear off the metal. Which is what you bought the tool for, the tool will just spin around at 900 -1200 rpm and you have now created a new type of weapon.
