I would make sure you have enough water in the bowl for the sea grapes to absorb the water so they plump up. Soak for 3-5 minutes or until they’re all plump then then rinse a few times to get rid of the saltiness! I then use a strainer to strain the water out, put in a bowl and eat! **Q: For health benefits, can this be eaten straight, without rehydration?** A: It cannot be eaten straightly without rehydration; as our sea grapes are dehydrated and must be rehydrated before use. **Q: What do these things taste like?** A: Very fishy and salty it doesn’t taste like the frsh one. **Q: Are they supposed to be wet inside those small bags? I thought they were dried as said in the description.** A: Dehydrated and dried are two different things. This product is dehydrated means they are not dried but has fluid inside.
