I needed something that would hold my phone up at the gym, so ensure my lifts were done with proper form. This does NOT hold a phone up! It slides down as soon as you try to stick it on something. I went ahead and took the sticky paper off of the other side of the magnet with hopes that would hold the phone and I could re-use it but when I stuck that to the squat rack, now the magnet won’t come off of the rack. If I use my phone for this now, it will have to be at that same place, same rack at the same gym.
