Went to cancel as read the other reviews about them being too small for rats; but item was dispatched anyway and arrived. A bit small, but I just took the initiative to stitch the two small hammocks together into one big hammock for my rat and he is still fairly young, so he still just about fits in and plays with the rest. Benny, our tame brown Norway rat, absolutely loves them as accessories to his cage. Thanks! Update: it's been over 18 months. Quality was not terrible. Value for money was ok, I still used them for my rat cage, but not really a great size and wouldn't buy again. Wash ok but do shed. I use more to add clutter and for climbing aids than expecting it to be utilised .
