Due to the software differences between North America & International models, any replacement parts we keep in stock will not connect/work with your monitor. If the monitor you have is an international one, we would recommend that you contact the distributor in the country where you purchased it for assistance. They would be better suited to answer any questions you may have. Click below to be directed to the list of our International Distributors. https://angelcarebaby.com/distributors Additionally, as our monitors are for North American market only, our warehouse is not able to dispatch any North American parts internationally. We hope this information is helping you and we thank you for choosing Angelcare. Best regards. **Q: Does the camera zoom out?** A: Thank you for contacting Angelcare. Yes it does in and out, but to a certain degree. Regards, **Q: Is there an individual camera you can purchase with this? I am registered for the bundle with the parent monitor but I am having twins.** A: I wouldn’t buy this if you’re having twins. **Q: Which model extra camera pairs to this monitor?? I purchased the wrong one and want to make sure I get the correct model this time.** A: Thank you for contacting Angelcare. Unfortunately, the AC310, AC315, AC417, AC510 and AC517 cameras and sensor pads will only pair and are ONLY compatible with the monitors listed above even though they look identical. The AC327, AC337, AC527 are only compatible with each other. Regards, ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Very poor camera. *by C***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 February 2022* Bought this camera based on the reviews. Have had it for 2 years and finally got rid of it. The camera quality is poor. We bought a cheaper camera and the quality is much better. As I've seen others mentioned, mounting the camera is a pain. The lens is quite zoomed so you need to have the camera fairly far away and even then its difficult to get good coverage. We didn't use the motion sensor mat in the end so cannot comment on that. But based on the camera alone, I'd say there are many more better options out there now at the same price point and cheaper. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good viewing *by J***N on Reviewed in Canada on 20 October 2021* Pretty good product, the picture quality suffers with the lights on surprisingly. Night vision is great though. Easy to use screen and mounts easily as well. Good product overall. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Descansan tranquilos *by E***O on Reviewed in Mexico on 5 October 2019* Cumple con todas nuestras expectativas. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/215419717-3-in-1-ac527-baby-monitor-with-breathing-movements-tracking](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/215419717-3-in-1-ac527-baby-monitor-with-breathing-movements-tracking) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
