I use the #4 setting on a glass top stove (#10 is hottest), and allow the pan to cool completely before gently washing it.The only negative occurs when attempting to flip eggs or stir something the entire pan moves and I have to secure it with the other hand. Deducted 1 star for this. I'm assuming it's due to the way the bottom of the pan was constructed with those depressed sections to accommodate glass top and induction. There were black specks on the inner sides of the pan and the outer sides looked burnt too.
