The case itself is solid, but the zipper is a little flimsy. The flatware feels solid and is functional. Based on other reviews, I checked all four settings thoroughly for rough edges and defects. No rough edges, but one fork and one knife had cosmetic defects that do not impact function. I also read some reviews that said the fork was flat. Mine have a slight curve, so I am not sure if they changed the design.
