I’ve been waiting 4 months so far for Mathis Brothers to fix the chair with no end in sight to get them to fix it. They don’t even know what is wrong, they think it is the power supply. The refuse to send a repair man to diagnose the problem and keep telling me that the part is on back order without even knowing what is wrong. To make it worse no one and I mean no one will call me back with any more information.
