It is beautiful and appears to be durable. Time will tell about that. It was very easy to assemble. We looked at the video. Very easy to open and close and to adjust. I think it is safer to close the umbrella at night and secure it with the strap provided. We also close it if strong winds are predicted. It doesn't have bells and whistles but all we wanted was an umbrella that is easy to use and looks good and keeps the sun off our patio. We have to empty the water out of the base in winter, for sure, so instead of mixing sand and water in it we filled it completely with water. Then we purchased, from Amazon, cloth sandbags. They come as a two pack. The ones that are somewhat skinny and long lay across the front of this base and look just fine. They each hold 50 lbs of sand. The bags have two carrying straps on each. So easy to move when we put the umbrella away for the winter. Hopefully the cloth of the umbrella will withstand the sun and last for several years. Having wheels on the base appears to be useless. Too heavy to move it anyway. Be sure to place it where it will stay before filling the base. As others have said, the fact that the umbrella swings slightly and dips with even a little breeze takes some getting used to. So far I can't figure out any way to tether it so this stops.
