I upgraded an entry level part and the shifting is far superior without spending silly money. It's all metal, very sturdy and has an impressive return spring. I have had an issue with the chain coming off the jockey wheels and disintegrating the cage on take off! Twice I’ve had the clutch fail after a year and it constantly drop the chain in the higher gear’s small cogs. This has had a redesign - especially on the cage and seems like it will be better at stopping chain popping out of the jockey wheels. The shifting is spot-on and indexes perfectly. The tool provided is easier to set the B-gap, and if/when I get a new cassette it will do the 52t - which is a nice bonus. I set the H and L limit screws to match the old derailleur I was replacing and then fine tuned them. The B-screw was adjusted using the plastic tool that came in the box.
