Throughout the week anytime I stop to cast the shadowrap Was my go to and frequently produced. My only tip is while you are on the pause, vary the amount of time you pause and also slowly reel in the slack line. Most of the time fish hit on the pause so if you slowly take up the slack you can feel the hit and know to set the hook.
