In general, it's tricky to use as it's reasonably flimsy, and you pretty much have to keep it off the focus ring on a lens, either for AF or manual. But once set properly to the window, it does a great job of getting rid of interior glare. It's effectiveness makes up for it being a mild challenge to use.
