I'm picturing my cat getting "rolled up" in it as I'm carrying it. Thanks!** A: I own one and my cat is pretty large and fluffy! The bottom stays straight and my cat goes in it even when she doesn’t have to! **Q: Does the small carrier fit under the seat on the airplane?** A: Description from the listing is clear: 1. Do not place the large pet carrier under an airplane seat: only suitable for daily travel, car seat journey and pet hospital etc. 2. Do not take the cat carrier on the Southwest Airlines or Alaska Airlines: our pet carrier is 10.5 inches high(medium size), which is out of the Airlines maximum height (8.5 inches) **Q: My cat peed in the carrier and now it smells awful. Has anyone ever washed the entire carrier in the washing machine? Thank you.** A: I know you asked a long time ago but for anyone else looking at answers, yes. I put a plusher bed on top of what comes with it. When my kitty peed in it it was on that washable plusher bed. However...I removed the wood and foam from the zippered bottom that comes with it and put the whole carrier and the bed cover in the washer, not a front load, washed it on delicate with normal detergent plus lysol sanitizer laundry additive and then dried it all on air dry. It smells like new and came out fully intact no damage. So I would recommend a puppy pad or something as a top layer for your pet to be on in case of accidents but yes you can wash the whole thing and dry on delicate. **Q: will this fit a cat that is 20 inches long?** A: Yes. Most cats can "compact" themselves, or curl up. Mine fits in nicely and she likes it. ## Frequently Bought Together - Henkelion Cat Carriers Dog Carrier Pet for Small Medium Cats Dogs Puppies up to 15 Lbs, TSA Airline Approved Soft Sided, Collapsible Travel Puppy - Black - Tomkas Small Dog Sling Carrier - Classic Pocket & Classic Strap - for 3-10 lbs Pets(Black) - Cibaabo Dog Water Bottle with Food Container, Travel Puppy Water Bowl, Portable Pet Dispenser, Cat Walking and Hiking Dog Gift --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/218276447-henkelion-pet-dog-cat-carrier-airline-approved-pet-carriers-collapsible](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/218276447-henkelion-pet-dog-cat-carrier-airline-approved-pet-carriers-collapsible) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
