If you're not, it's still a great intro. to the band! *by B***! on Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2016* I'm really bummed this set hasn't been released in the States yet and had to buy it via import from the UK. Being a huge Erasure fan I purchased the 3 disc edition and love it! Mute (which has been sold to another record company) milked the band to death with "Greatest Hits" compilations leaving some fans with a sour taste in their mouth. The truth is, Erasure (Vince and Andy) have nothing to do with a majority of the Erasure compilations (Andy and Vince had nothing to do with the "Oh Lamour! The Very Best of Erasure CD released in 2003 nor any of the other compilations other than POP! The first 40 hits respectfully. They have also gone on record dismissing "The Two Ring Circus" since it was another Mute cash cow) I get the sense that had some involvement with this set since the track listings (along with the standard "hits") are a bit distant from the mechanical Mute product. The remixes are refreshing and being a hardcore Erasure fan I don't recall some of the tracks on Disc 2 and 3 at all (I LOVE the mix to BREATHE on the second disc) which is really the reason why I went out of my way to buy this compilation. It's also quite inexpensive if purchased from the right retailer (mine cost b/w 15 - 17 American dollars with free shipping NEW from an Amazon Seller) and not directly as an import from amazon. I would suspect that the tracks have been remastered? It's obvious the track SOMETIMES was and it sound stunning! Frankly, the set sounds remarkable. I highly recommend the 3 disc set as opposed to the single disc release especially if you're a die hard Erasure fan OR if you're a young fella' or lady who are learning about great pop music.
