Fine ground medium roast was still too weak so tried dark roast and espresso roast and it was much better. **Q: Leaks into capsule holder? Foil is on tight. Sometimes it leaks out the side between the foil and rim. Losing 1 - 2 oz into capsule holder.** A: Is your capsule bent or dented in any way? Also, make sure the foil is crimped tightly around the entire edge of capsule (but not covering the barcode on the bottom. **Q: Has anyone had trouble with the 2-part silicone tool not turning well and sort of sticking? I returned my first one and the second one is worse.** A: Mine has not been terrible. I usually only give it a slight twist (1/8th turn) to get the edges over and the top of the rim sealed. My pods tend to stick in the top ring and I will gently dislodge them by pressing them out close to the ring. You need to ensure the reused pod has had most of the original seal removed and there are no rough edges by the rim. That the seal is properly centered. There are no coffee grounds on either side where the adhesive is.
