Review: Handy Item! - I originally ordered these for salad toppings so I could set up a salad bar for a party. I have since used them for candy, taco night, and nuts. They are really nice, in my opinion. I love that there are four in the set which allows me to use them for different things. They are really easy to hand wash and are a nice size that is not too big and not too small. Easy to use, easy to clean up, and easy to store. I would recommend them to a friend, and I would buy them as a gift. So happy I decided it was the right purchase for my home.

**Q: Can the trays be used for hot items coming off of a grill, for instance, the grease from burgers? Shopping for father who loves to grill out**
A: They could definitely handle hot items from a grill but you may be disappointed as to how many grilled items they would hold as they are not very deep.  I used them for a salad bar and they were wonderful for smaller things like cherry tomatoes, cheese etc.

**Q: Are they ovenproof**
A: The Avant trays are made of plastic, so no, they are not ovenproof. Hope this helps!

**Q: Do they have lids ?**
A: No, they do not have lids. I used clear plastic wrap and it worked perfectly. These are very sturdy and can't wait to use them for the holidays!

These trays are so handy! I love the plain white color. Gives so many options. I ordered them for a graduation party for s'mores around the firepit. They were perfect to hold graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolates and more. Used them again for another party for fruit tray and veggie tray. Great size and very sturdy.
