I’ve had no issues with leaking, and the grounds stay entirely out of your beverage. The Bobble Slim has decent capacity. The volume is a little more than that of a standard coffee mug. -It fits in any cup holder whether it’s your car, or a stroller. It’s certainly not a mega jug. If we’re calling it a complaint, my only gripe is that this portable french press, very effectively keeps temperature. Hours later and you may find that it is still rather hot. Absolutely worth the price, happy with my purchase. For me it was one of those purchases where after trying, I immediately found myself in ‘This would be a perfect gift for ___’ mode.

**Q: I just recieved this and the filter is stuck.  How can i get it off?**
A: I find that making my dish rag wet & placing it (& my thumb) into the inset on the bottom of the presse (where the rubber ring is located) while using some pressure & turning counterclockwise helps greatly to unscrew/separate the filter basket from the presse. I've had mine for awhile, but do recall that it was very tight when I first received it. It is only as tight as you make it thereafter however. I love mine! ...so much so that I took the time to epoxy that outer tumbler section. It's my go-to every day.

**Q: Is the item weight really 14 grams?**
A: it's weight is 395 grams , i use it everyday at home and travel.

A: 12

**Q: I returned it because hot water touching plastic inside. Can you make it without plastic ?**
A: I believe the entire product is made if stainless steel and silicone. No plastic came with mine though I purchased outside of Amazon. The gasket and lid are not made of plastic so your answer to your question is "Yes, since there is no plastic used."

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great coffee, perfect for international travel

This was one of the best purchases I made for a two-month trip to Guatemala. I was looking for a coffee brewing system that was simple, packed small, and made strong coffee. This worked fantastically! I made my coffee in this everyday, and was very pleased with how bold the coffee flavor was, and how easy it was to use. I stayed in homestays, AirBnBs, and hostels, and never had to worry about what kind of instant or watered-down coffee was being served! Sometimes I was able to get hot water from my host families, but other times I used an immersion coil heater to boil my water in the mug first. (After it boiled, I dumped the excess water out before adding the coffee). I knew cleaning would be a challenge due to the long and narrow shape, so I bought a spoon/fork combo that connects together to make a long utensil, and this worked perfectly for scooping the grinds out! I was also pleased that using normal medium-sized grounds worked fine in this mug, which simplified resupplying my coffee (didn’t have to find a way to get coarse grinds). And this kept my coffee HOT for hours. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because the lid is not leak-proof. It’s just a silicone lid and would not protect anything, and you could not safely put this on the side of your backpack to carry with you. That was definitely a number, and almost a reason that kept me from purchasing in the first place. Bobble, please make a leak-proof lid, and then this product would be nearly perfect!
