earbuds with a wide range of ear bud size, hooks and fins to keep them in your ears. Good for running, cycling, hiking. The sound quality of the speakers is excellent, and battery life great - at leats 5 hrs on a full charge, maybe longer. The only problem ins that the sound from the microphone is a little quiet. I had to turn up the mic volume to max and even then it's a but quiet for phone call recipient.
